New Year, new goals
Each year I come up with some new goals for the new year. Usually, it involves finding my abs (which I’m still doing) or running a certain distance. By the way, I have run every day in 2017, bringing my run streak total to 609 days. My blogging streak now stands at 584 days.
But for 2018 I’m setting the loftiest goal to date. I want to make $20,180 with my freelance blogging business. So far the most I’ve made with my freelance writing has been just over $5,000. Yes, I know I have a huge obstacle in front of me, but I’m determined to take Kevin Hunsblogger to new heights in the new year.
I created this site and “persona” in the spring of this year in an attempt to drum up some new clients. It’s worked to a degree and I’ve landed some other social media marketing gigs as a result. But 2018 is going to be bigger and better.
That’s what I love about the start of a new year. There’s that new hope and refreshed feeling of starting over. It’s been said before “12 new chapters, 365 chances.” My plan is to make each one of them great. Thanks again to those who have supported me through the years. It’s more appreciated than you know.
