Call me Mr. Write
Welcome to my new website. Chances are you’ve found this page via social media and you know a little about me. But for those who are new here, a quick intro. My name is Kevin Hunsperger. I’ve been a broadcast journalist for nearly 20 years. In 2005 I started writing blogs and in 2015 I decided to start writing for businesses. Blogging is a great way to provide content for your business and reach new customers.
More than six months ago I came up with the idea of creating this site to separate from the other writing I do on my wrestling (and life) blog at My 1-2-3 Cents. But I put off starting the process. Finally as a part of my New Year, New Me plans for 2017 I decided to get going.
It’s taken a couple months to get to this point, but now I’m here and there’s no turning back. I would like to thank a few people who helped get to KevinHunsBlogger. My original plan was to make this site kevinhunsperger.com, and as I asked social media friends and followers for the best font options, Steve Simmons (I hope you don’t mind the shout out) suggested Kevin Blogsburger (there’s a story behind the hamburger connection here.) My buddy Tom Harness of Harness Digital Marketing took it a step further and suggested Kevin HunsBlogger.
I loved the idea and it took off from there. Despite my best efforts in finding fonts to fit the look I was going for on this page, I came up short. My brother, Jason Hunsperger, sent me the final product about a week ago. Everyone who has seen it has liked it.
So this page will feature more of my writings about my personal life, parenting issues and examples of my writing for other clients. Blogging is my business (and the journalism thing too). As Gary Vee says you have work your face off to succeed. So here I am world. Let’s do this.
